Born on june11, 1989 in a west African country called Senegal situated in the west coast of that beautiful continent, Abu talib grew up in a little ghetto so called Medina. he found his way to hip hop through hard childhood struggles.In fact, he spent his adolescence with no parents here to guide and protect him.The only one he could turn to and count on was God (Allah) and that is where he grew his great faith.He experienced hunger, violence towards him: a daily hustle! the little rapper was always surrounded by music because his older brother was part of a reggae band.So he grew up with the influence of Reggae around him but his love for hip hop was way much stronger.He really started in the rap business in 2005 at the age of 16 when he earned the confidence that he could make it in this cold world just with more dedication to what he really loves.He then started to perform in french rap all around the schools in Dakar and formed his first band "xs faya" formed with 3 members( oustaz, onix and himself) telling all the struggles they use to go through in their adolescent age.In 2007, the rapper had to leave the country for USA and got a little bit disconnected from music for about a year and then he met a brother Abdur ( former rapper) and they decided to form a band called"Immigrants"( Abdur wadud, legnawake his brother and himself)promoting righteousness in reggae dance hall hip hop style. they worked on plenty of songs still not released yet.in 2010, the rapper found his way through Islam in which he really felt a connection and realized the greatness of Allah.Abu talib then decided to share with the world the Good teaching of Islam through his music. 2011: he is now working on a mixtape called "Out the jungle" that should be released by next year inchallah( his words).Going to a solo career, he hopes to share with the world his experiences and who knows make it into the world of fame with his beloved hip hop music.For those that don't know him yet, this is the right moment to meet the Talented engineer, Abu talib( beat maker, lyrics writer, master in Recording, mixing).
