Specifically based on an alternative/metal taste, Avenue Sky’s well-rounded sound gives insight to listeners of all styles of music, with their influences easily shown through their wide-spectrum creations. Hailing from neighborhood-friendly Flint, MI, Avenue Sky was formed in 2008 with members Christian Konkle (vocals), Donald Dobos (guitar) and Shane Kuntz (drums). With the additions of Andy Taylor (bass) and Rob Horn (guitar), Avenue Sky is complete.Musically diverse and dynamic throughout each and every song, the vocals and lyrics are endearing and humble one moment, yet tragically bleeding the next. Their influences, though, are inconsequential, as their main focus is to let the listener create their own perception of the band’s sound.
