Dylan Golden is a new Hip Hop artist devoted to the resurrection of quality in Hip Hop and music. Born Dylan Russell Golden in Miami, FL to an Italian-Colombian mother and a Puerto-Rican father, Dylan has always been involved in the arts. From an early age Dylan immersed himself in writing, producing and acting in his own plays. However it wasn’t until the middle school talent show where Dylan performed an original rap for the entire student body. Only after his performance, and immediate positive feedback did he discover his passion for writing rhymes. Although Dylan initially messed up, his peers were still intrigued. Dylan was not swayed and then knew that performing was his life’s calling. In 2010, after graduating from Coral Reef Senior High as a theater major, Dylan enrolled at St. Thomas University on a soccer scholarship, but after a reoccurring injury Dylan decided to hang up the cleats and transfer to Santa Fe College in Gainesville Florida to focus on his studies, but was quickly swayed by the party life and dropped out. Dylan moved back to Miami and decided to enroll back into school and attend Miami Dade College, where he studies Music Management. Dylan has been working diligently on his music and his sound, and his Ep Fade to Gold is the result of all his dedication and countless efforts to better himself.
