IZ as his friends calls him began free-styling at the age of 9 and writing his own songs by age 11. IZ was raised by his Mom and Step-Father. His first musical influence was school and church choir. Around the age of 8 IZREAL moved to California to live with his dad. This is where he was introduced to rap music.  IZ would soon after return to Kansas where he would further hone his skills. IZREAL was most influenced by artist like NAS, Tupac, Jay-z and especially Notorious B.I.G. IZREAL would spend the next couple of years overcoming a number of obstacles. However it was a chance meeting with artists Guerilla Zoe and FLORIDA that inspired IZREAL to get back on his grind. The next two years for IZ was success after success starting in 2009 with the release of his debut album hip-hop 4 dummies. In 2010 IZREAL would make more lasting connection with other artist like Glasses Malone of cash money Records and Krizz Kalliko of strange music. With his Solo Album S.E.A.N (Surpassing Expectations And Negativity) due out early summer and his focus and buzz bigger than ever IZREAL is primed to be the next big thing coming out of Kansas.
