Born Richard Earl Pinkney in Houston, Texas on December 16, Rich Fella’s music is well received in each city where he performs. Rich Fella is not only educated and articulate but upon meeting him you instantly know that you have stepped into the future. He has no delusions of grandeur, only hard work and genuine aspirations for his messages to be heard and understood. Rich Fella is bringing back real classic gangsta rap to a hip-hop culture in which the streets can relate and will need the help of the people to lift him to the next level. Rich Fella Quoted: “I feel like the rap game is watered down and nobody speaks on the truth anymore and that’s what I came to do!” In 2010, Rich Fella competed in the Top Mics competition hosted by Source XXL Magazine and competed in numerous competitions in which he was the winner of Houston’s 97.9 the Box Smash the Mic competition two weeks straight. He has also been featured in Houston’s hottest underground rap magazine “Sizurp”. Rich Fella was selected as a Top Finalist for KFC’s Hit Makers contest, hosted and judged by super producer Jazze Pha. Rich Fella was also selected as a top echelon artist on “Radiolicious”, internet radio for his single, “Internet F.M.Y.T”. Look for Rich Fella as a contributor to KFC’s Hit Makers mix compilation album to be released in 2011. Rich Fella’s singles are catchy and impossible to ignore. They are thumping from car stereos, night clubs and social networks from coast-to-coast and abroad. Rich Fella is no stranger to live performances and there are not too many places in Houston, Dallas or Miami where he has not honored the mic with his voice Such venues include, The Shadow Bar, The Office, The Jet Lounge, Club Isis, Club Onyx, Bikini Beach, The Roxy Houston,ThatBar, Velvet Lounge, KornBreadz Houston etc. Rich Fella has also opened up shows for artists such as Screwed Up Click Legend Big Pokey and South Park Coalition Legend K-Rino & Open Live In Concert For Lil Keke Tha Don On Dec 31st 2012 For New Years Eve Bash Rich Fella is currently working on a new Mixtape titled "No Smoke No Mirrors" which is scheduled to be released next year! Rich Fella has also been selected as a feature on the Freeway Ricky Ross Mixtape entitled “Only Support The Real” Check out His New Release Hit "Work N Hard" along with his current single "Gutta Chick" which is getting major love from coast to coast.
