Artist Bio- Ace In his twenty- one years of living, Ace has found himself in music and production. It was at the age of five that he was first placed in front of a microphone, and he’s been in love with the studio every since. With his music showing growth and maturity, and his raspy flow stepping up drastically, Ace is not afraid to try new things with his material. This show’s in his work as he continues to progress at songwriting, recording, mixing, mastering, production and overall as an individual. Although Ace has yet to hit the mainstream market, he doesn’t mind putting in the necessary work to get where he feels he belongs. When Ace first started taking music serious, he was in a duo with his younger brother, Ravage. The name of the duo was”Y.A.O.” which stands for Young Age Outlaws. The duo collaborated on countless amounts of music until they got older and saw a broader vision. From there they came up with the name “Evil Team” and started to work with other artist to help them mold their musical talents. By getting better with time, Ace felt it necessary to pursue a solo career. Still with his team, at fourteen, Ace added production to his rep, making beats on various programs including Fruity Loops, Reason, Pro Tools, Cubase and Abbleton Live to name a few. Ace is also skilled with hardware. But he didn’t learn these things overnight. It took focus, will and determination to learn the ins and outs of audio recording. From the closet in his bedroom, to the booth in his studio, Ace feels that his music is finally at the level of the other greats that he is so strongly influenced by. These influences include, Tupac, The Notorious BIG, Jay- Z, Lil Wayne, TI, Young Jeezy, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Ravage, Young Trife, Lupe Fiasco and Evil Eye. Ace sees himself as all of these artists combined into one. Over the years, Ace has managed to record thousands of songs. Now he feels that it’s time to get his music library in the right hands to be released to his fans. While still working in the studio nonstop, Ace released his first solo album “Deed To The Block” and already has more than enough material recorded for his next two projects. With his top notch work ethic, Ace has joined forces with his older cousin, J. Keith to create the young, independent record label “Money Motivated Music” which includes Ace as an artist, producer, front man and the face of the label.
