Bearing arguably one of the most memorable band names in music history, Santa Maria-based punk outfit A Human and His STDs compare their music to "a romantic fist-fight." With old school punk vocals and catchy riffs abound, although their music reflects a completly unique project, leaning away from conventional punk, and more towards an "Evolved-POST-PUNK" sound.

A Human and His Stds supports such charities as: R.A.I.N.N., Peta2, The Salvation Army, Greenpeace, Food Not Bombs, The Pirate Bay, local, national, sexual abuse victim support, subverts, and homeless charities include some of the causes the band has fought for.
