During the year 1999, Z met Dwarf and started a cooperation that soon became a band initially called 11:11 with a drummer Herec. Then Dwarf younger brother Tufli joined their ranks as a bassist. After a couple of years playing together, Dwarf decided to quit the band to start his own project after arguing with other members about bands future. After a couple of years playing together, Dwarf decided to quit the band to start his own project after arguing with other members about bands future. After his departure, Tufli, Herec and Z formed Ainnu in 2004. With reduced resources, and generally playing only with 2 guitars and drums, ideas started to get well rounded and they decided to continue as trio. After few gigs and ocassional low budget recordings, Ainnu tightened their sound into more focused and stellar vision.
