American Murder started as a side project for Brighid Thorstein and Rob-O. In early 2005 the two recorded The Coming Home E.P. After huge internet response to the first E.P., they recorded their first full length album in the spring of 2006. American Murder got a live drummer and start playing in support of this. After much success American Murder became a full time band. Needing a permanent drummer to work with American Murder recruited Matchamus Jones in the summer of 2007 to complete the line-up and cement the sound that is American Murder. Back on the scene with some new tunes and a new attitude American Murder is out to do whatever it takes to make their dream a reality. American Murder is currently headlining their own shows. American Murder is also working on a new album and looking to tour in support of it.
