I am a professional bassist, vocalist & songwriter based in South Beach – Miami, FL and Brazil. I am originally from Los Angeles and I got my start in the music industry in the LA - Hollywood club scene at the age of 16 when I co-founded the hard rock band Holy Soldier. Within a few years of our formation, we graduated from the Hollywood club scene to international stages after signing to A&M Records and releasing our debut release Holy Soldier in 1990. Holy Soldier enjoyed much success in the years that followed in record sales, #1 and Top Ten radio singles and national and international tours. We also collected a multitude of awards from various facets of the music industry. During our 13 year career of performing together, Holy Soldier had recorded albums for A&M Records, EMI Records, Pony Canyon Records (Japan) and Word/Myrrh Records and performed several hundred shows around the globe prior to disbanding in 1998.
In 2000 I started working as a session musician and since I have contributed bass work on albums, session recording and motion pictures. I have also performed 100s of shows around the globe with various artists.
In 2007 I formed a rhythm section partnership and a business partnership with UK drummer Garry King (whose work has been contributed with the likes of Jeff Beck, Paul McCartney and the Psychedelic Furs). Our partnership has developed into the Garnoe Creative Group which is an international multi facet production and resource center for all genres of artists and musicians, record labels, managers and agents who are looking for experienced session players, complete in-house production, tour management, media, marketing and merchandising. In 2008 I started working on more original music - composing, collaborating and recording with various notable artists. I plan to feature this collection of songs on what will be his first solo CD which he plans to release in the fall of 2009. I am looking forward to touring in support of the release.
