Apocalypstic's message has always been to always be yourself no matter what, and it's okay to be passionate. For them, their passion is music and their fans! Priding themselves on the heart felt sophistication of the lyrics and the up beat musicality, during live shows these girls are witty, sincere, and genuine. Vocally influenced by new school RnB and Pop, Drea takes her voice to different heights from show to show always refining the songs and switching up the melodies to keep things spicy like the latina she is. Laurie's dexterity and versitility as a musician/lyricist has turned heads since her childhood. Rock, Pop, Hip-hop, you name it, Laurie works hard to make it work. Songs change gear in mid duration from one genre to another. Her rhythmic instincts lock the foundation of the band's live shows. The band is an amalgam of styles, opinions, and personalities spanning the whole spectrum of possibility. From the synth-pop-rock best friend friend break up ballad ‘Goodbye Girl’ to the rock-reggae ‘Shut Down’ to newer tracks like 'Oh I' ,'The Truth, Endless Options will have you rocking out start to finish. A love for playing live music brought the members together in 2006. A twist of fate had them join musical forces in 2007. A drive to make music had the band write a record in 2008. A small surplus of cash saw them through the making of this record in 2009. That’s the official time line anyway; there were on-screen appearances in indie flicks, wicked fun gigs and personal turmoil in between, but nothing note worthy here. They write and make music for themselves. It’s simple: if they wouldn’t listen to it, they won’t play it.
