The Cali-based singer/songwriter broke into the music scene in early 2007 while attending the prestigious Musicians Institute in Hollywood. A.R.A.M.I.S. became known for her fresh soulful sound and began being compared to singing sensations such as Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Erykah Badu and Teena Marie. Creating a buzz for herself, A.R.A.M.I.S. began gigging at local Hollywood clubs such as BB King's Blues Club, The Mint LA, House of Blues and Hotel Royale. A.R.A.M.I.S. has worked with and headlined for artists such as Raheem Devaughn and Latoiya Williams and perform for charity events such as The National Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser, The Original Art Studio's Breast Cancer Awareness Festival and the Second Harvest National Fundraiser event. In 2007 A.R.A.M.I.S. signed with manager Marcus "Lil Dollas" Watkins, CEO/Founder of Black Boi Entertainment, and signed with indie label Copperworth Entertainment where she plans to release her first album, Melodic Conversation, in late March 2008, hoping to continually captivate, inspire and uplift souls in all ages, races and musik lovers.
