Arrow Down Hill is a one man project derived from the ideas and imagination of Phil Roark.
His work is visceral and brutal. His gritty sound reflects hints of inspiration from bands such as Nine Inch Nails, and Radiohead.
Combining elements of metal with elements of melancholic orchestra he manages to create an atmosphere that is not only uplifting, but also at times sad or horrifying. The violent guitars and overbearing bass of his work demands the listeners attention, while his dissonant but haunting vocals call out, driving you to the edge of humanity.
