Beyond Destiny was formed in the small West Texas town of Sterling City. Contemporary Christian recording artist, Nikki Heath, was the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Sterling City High School at the time when she met Matt Cleveland who was the Band Director at Sterling City and Kevin McSpadden who was the Tennis Coach. Matt and Kevin heard a recording of Nikki’s debut CD and decided that they liked what they heard. They contacted Nikki and the rest is music history. There was an immediate chemistry and Beyond Destiny was formed. Beyond Destiny has performed all over Texas in churches, youth groups, youth rallies, FCA rallies and concerts. In 2006, the band opened up for Christian rock group Falling Up at the Concho Valley Fellowship of Christian Athletes Love Wins Concert. Beyond Destiny is currently performing all over Texas to promote the release of their self-titled debut.
