I started music in middle school, I wanted to play percussion so badly that I cried when I originally got rejected for it and somehow the pity got me into it (10 points for pity.) I continued playing drums through my sophomore year of highschool, and in that time I picked up very rudimentary guitar skill. I joined a band called Jokes On You in Anchorage, Alaska during my Junior year of highschool and that is where I honed most of my skills as a drummer and backup singer. The band started to deteriorate after we made our only professionally recorded EP and that is when I started practicing my guitar again. I used garageband off my mac to record some very simple songs and since then I have been growing musically and the songs I've posted are me becoming the musician I want to be. Slowly but surely.
