I create music with the belief that sound is a carrier wave of consciousness, and that It is the intent or the purpose behind the sound that matters. Music is a Dynamic multi-layered matrix of constantly shifting tonal relationships unfolding within time, through which we may experience intensified emotions and an alternation of our state of consciousness. Because of its dynamic quality, our primary attraction to music is both physical and emotional. it is through our physical and emotional response to music that mental and spiritual attitues develop which create, in turn, the basis for our aesthetic enjoyment. Ideally the creation of music is an expression of biological, affective, cognitive, and spiritual processes within a cultural context. I believe that music when being experienced should be physical, should give expression to emotional experience, should engage and stimulate the mind, and should be enriching to the spirit. We have the ability to tap into a universal consciousness, accessing a source akin to the shaman's use of a drum beat to connect with the rhythm of a "universal heartbeat." Sound is a powerful, primitive force. My soul purpose is to take you on an unforgettable journey within yourself and out into the realm of the unknown. The mind is is limited only by the constraints which we place on it! These constraints may be defined the value systems of our cultural tradition and by personal conditions derived by the limitations we place on our sensory perception. I ask you to drop all pre-concieved ideas and let go. We are on the journey called life together. The human experience is my inspiration, evolution is what drives me to create. Music reflects human activity and process for it is through music that spirit, mind, and body attain a unity of experience.
