Shortly after High School, C.Barbosa formed one of Boston’s hottest R&B/Hip hop groups Image. Along with Shane P, Ryan W, and Eric M (mykel) they stormed through Boston’s entertainment scene. Opening for lyrical beasts like Cassidy, to R&B groups like jagged edge, 112 and solo artist Rupee. This is where he knew his love and passion for entertaining is what he wanted to pursue. Chris matured his vocals with New Editions vocal instructor Larry Woo and Boston’s very own Nathan Landers. Image’s greatest accomplishment was performing at the 2004 democratic national convention in Boston Ma. This where they opened up for B.B Winans at the Boston Harbor hotel. Through many discussions with the group, Image decided to go their own separate ways and pursue solo careers. This is where C.Barbosa developed his love for writing, with his captivating and sexy unique lyrics and style, C.Barbosa is ready to leave ripples in industry.
