So once I'd played the guitar for a few years for a band, I decided to give writing a shot. I've now done quite a few recordings and played to a massive range of people; from lots of half-empty open mic bars to a couple of packed out concert halls. But still the biggest kick is finished a new song, so I keep writing new ones and trying to perform them for whoever will listen, and then seeing where my songwriting takes me next.
