Prince Young is a Canadian R&B artist who was born in Toronto's Rexdale area but grew up mostly in the Jane and Finch area. He grew up as a kid listening to R&B artists like Usher Raymond, Luther Vandross and Michael Jackson. He got most of his influences and ideas of the genre from the style and voices of these artists. Prince Young is a hard working artist striving to get his own product on the market. He's an intelligent business man motivated to do what he does best which is singing and entertaining. Prince Young was featured on a record called "I KNOW" with rapper Jimmy King which they released at the ending of Summer 2010 on YouTube which got over 3000 Hit's + Downloads which not bad for a local artist that's just getting started.. He also met a rapper by the name of Drake who is now signed to Young Money records and also Travis McCoy of the Gym Class Heroes while he was on tour in Toronto.
