Command and Control is a set of principals one should use to guide them through everyday life. It is taking COMMAND of those factors in life which directly affect you and applying positive manipulative input to have CONTROL over the final outcome. Songwriter/producer, Raymond C. Dickerson uses these ideas along with life experiences to inspire other to reach their goals.
A career military officer, Raymond (Ray Charles) C. Dickerson, is the youngest of Andrew and Leola Dickerson's ten children. The son of a sharecropper and domestic housekeeper, he grew up in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Raymond's parents always told him with planning, perseverance, hard work and most importantly faith he could do anything he wanted to. Using his parent's advice as his tool, he set out to fulfill his musical goals. Utilizing vocalists Pam Lyles, Andrea Rhodes and Hilda L., along with creative assistance from Steve Wilson and Steve Cheeks, he began work on "Coming Home: A Project of Hope and Restoration". The recent effort has received a very good club response in the Chicago and Los Angeles markets, along with a 55% pick-up on AAA and secondary markets. The cd also broke the Atlantic- Satellite 2500 buyers' market guide posting at 2376 within three weeks. Taking these factors into consideration, it is very obvious that COMMAND and CONTROL is making a move in the music industry.
