Cory Tha K.I.D was born Cory Shuster on the first day of 1986. Adopted at birth, a burden that Cory would struggle with through out his childhood, and the beginning of adulthood, it would later be used as his foundation to vent his emotions through his paper and pen. Many things go together, and feel right for instances peanut butter and jelly, Fidel Castro and communism, and Then we have Cory Tha K.I.D and music. His words send a message, but at the same time shock you. An ambitious young artist who seeks none other then to share his heart, through his lyrics; you will find a man, on a journey seeking righteousness and his struggle with darkness, his words are intense, some may even say poetic. Cory Tha K.I.D can be a soft spoken person, and yet strong like the roaring of a storm only to be silenced by the sweet surrender of the stillness there after. The meaning behind “K.I.D” Cory Tha K.I.D is not jus another name that can be passed off with out meaning behind it, innovativeness and creativeness is the key to the name,.
