Dan’s creative process is based in the belief that musical transitions are driven by adaptation to our culture. As times change, so music changes. Having been raised on what is now classic rock, Dan was drawn to the country scene because of the focus on melody and lyrics that were increasingly marginalized in other genres.
Inspired by the simple, sincere songs made popular by artists ranging from Johnny Cash to the Eagles, Dan injects the “heart” moment into his songs that everyone can relate to.
Dan's passion grows out of a fundamental love of music, family and self-expression. These values are the cornerstone of his writing, enabling his songs to transcend gender, genre and style. His songs have been recorded by Nashville and Los Angeles recording artists and he is currently seeking publishing, placement and licensing opportunities and continues to work with talented musicians, engineers and A&R representatives in Nashville, New York and Los Angeles to provide music for radio, film, TV and live performances.
