SOON ROCKING IN A VENUE NEAR YOU!Danger! Von James! was established by lead singer/guitarist Levon Syers during the summer months of 2007. Following the completion of the Danger! Von James! EP, "Let's Begin" (late November 2007), in which Syers played all of the tracks (save the drums), now drummer and old friend Alan Toka approached Syers about getting together a quartet to play the material out, and save rock n’ roll in the process. When asked about how the rest of the band was formed, Syers responded, “We were trying to find other people who wanted to play as much as us via any way possible: myspace, craigslist, facebook…we were just putting out the adds everywhere for a while. then, we got a couple of phone calls within a 2-week period from Matt Dake (Bassist) and Kyle Shannon (Guitars), who were both totally killer when they tried out; we got lucky." The best way to describe their musical movements: AC/DC on steroids, with rough, raw vocals. Some people say that they reference bands like Helmet, The Bronx, and Quicksand, but that should be left up to the listener’s own idiom. With the band now at full force, Danger! Von James! is coming to wake up the neighbors, rattle your brains, and make you believers in rock n’ roll once again!
