With a foundation of pounding bass lines, thumping drums and bone crunching riffs, this Melbourne based foursome are developing a strong following as they grind out one stellar performance after another. And just when you think the music rattling around your head can’t get any better, in screams the guitar solos, sending shivers down ya spine. Then there’s the vocals of lead singer Adam Eaton, which simply just blow you away.
It’s hard rock, and DARK HORSE are already demonstrating they are destined for success, ready to take on the Australian music scene with nothing but a recently recorded three track demo "Apostasy", raw power and a bag full of original tracks.
Their fire, energy and brilliance has seen support act slots with The Screaming Jets and Juke Kartel, and after a solid gig schedule last year, 2009 is shaping up to be a massive one.
“We want people to come to our shows, enjoy themselves, sing along and dance around,” says Eaton. “We feel we can reach a lot of people and with the songs we try to give our fans something they can relate to, but with their own spin. Hopefully the fans are going home with a different take on what it all means.”
