Dave Sampson is a singer/songwriter from Sydney, Nova Scotia. He has been writing & performing original songs since 2006, recently Dave has released his independent debut EP titled “Short But Sweet” in the summer of 2010. He has shared the stage with artist’s such as Joel Plaskett, Matt Mays, Jeremy Fisher, Tim Chaisson & Mourning Fold ,Carleton Stone Drives The Big Wheel , Chad Tetford, The easy bleeders, and many more east coast artists Dave is currently enrolled in his last year at St. Francis Xavier University and has been juggling music and school for four years now. He was well received at the East Coast Music Awards performing on the Discovery Stage showcase and also came in second place in the COCA( Canadian Organization Of Campus Activities) Battle of the Bands in Halifax in march 2010. Recently Dave has Headlined STFX frosh week show in September and also sharing the Stage with Tim Chaisson & Mourning Fold during the UPEI frosh week.
