Ella is a passionate person and performer whose many early merories are doing that exactly, singing and dancing for her family and friends. Ella grew up in the border town of Imperial Beach in southern California. Greatly influenced by Norhern Baja California Mexico and southern California surf culture. Some of her greatest influences are bands and artists like Sublime, Elefante, Enanitos Verdez, Luis Miguel, the Doors, and Pink Floyd. Ella is also a certified yoga intructor and phychology major. Her smart lyrics range from honest self reflection that is so dramatic sometimes turning humorous, to ethereal and dreamy. Her first album Die of Love is the story of her love journey from adolecence to early adulthood. As a performer today she is mostly passionate about the energy she will create on stage to inspire her audience. Ella has a comanding presense on stage that is hypnotizing. Ella aspires to share music nationaly and internationally by doing large tours. She is passionate about ecofriendly touring, and is in the preliminary stages of identifing eco friendly events and ways to make and share music that are environmentally friendly. This summer while living in the norh shore of Oahu she befriended Jack Johnson of Brushfire Records who offered to mentor her through the process of being a socially conscious artist. Among many things she is particularly interested in having her own animal shelter one day, to help protect more animals from euthanasia. Ella hopes to use her music as a tool to raise awareness about social and environmental issues that affect all of us. “Life is a complex illusion that we create everyday with our thoughts and actions, we can make life whatever we want if we give our love insistently.
