You can't dance to it at the club, you can't beat down the block with it in your old school '72 Chevrolet Chevelle on 24's with six twelves in the trunk, and you certainly can't convince me that it will ever happen! So with that being said you now realize that the beat is really the most important part of any song! The beat is where the energy and heart of a song is! The knock of the drum kick, the sizzle of the hi-hat and cymbols...etc, the pulse of the clap and snare drums, the way a sick synth can capture your attention as you can feel it in your blood, no matter if it's a simple beat or extremely complicated, if the listener can't floow the tracks you left in order to enter your world and witness your vision then you have accomplished nothing! Rappers and singers express the thoughts, hardships, pain, struggles, life and death with their lyrics so relating to them is easy! But you have to realize that when dealing with a producer he/or she can only express their vision by matching that vision with instruments and sounds! THE VOICE OF THE PRODUCER IS THE BEAT! That's why most of the time the producer has the idea for the song and just might have a hook, a name, and maybe even how the video should be done! DJ 808's goal is to evolve his vision to the full extent his (Crazymind) can take it! With the right resources he believes this can be achieved! Help with promotion of the song, marketing, radio play, booking shows, and whatever else he can help out with are what he hopes to include with the sale of his beats! So in other words, If you buy a beat from him he will also be purchasing the services listed above! DJ 808 didn't start making beats for the money. He started because something in his mind told him that out of all the things he wanted to be when he grew up, that a producer is what he wanted to be remembered by! You see, technically , he's not even really supposed to be alive! Seven different doctors told his mother that she would not be able to have another child after his older sister was born! But nine years later he was born! His mother called him her "MIRACLE" child! He's very intelligent, strong-minded, hard-working, respectful, a fast learner and can adapt to any situation, and can be if not already at least above average in anything he sets his mind on to do! And will not stop trying until he himself is satisfied! His heart is unbreakable even when you think he's had enough and can't take anymore! If he didn't make a dime from his beats trust me he would not be upset! He listens to his beats more than regular music so he just wants to make enough money so him and his family don't have to worry about bills or when their next meal is coming or if they will lose their house and everything they own! He takes constructive criticism very well and only uses it to get better! And if you ask me he gets better with every beat he makes! So since you're doing him a favor by purchasing a beat from him he will try to do what he can to take it to the next level! But don't think that if given a deal he won't take. That will only allow him to achieve his goal faster and have money to start up businesses that will help the economy as well as the community! He wants to pursue many different opportunities but only if he can!
