Her dream began as a child growing up in the church. She has been playing the piano since the age of 2, drums since the age of 12, organ since the age of 18 and bass guitar since the age of 28 for various churches. Later, to fulfill her dream, she attended Five Towns College in New York where began writing and producing her own songs. Doc Kimyin also received a bachelors degree in music. At the age of 13 she developed her rap skills in Junior High school going up against some talented rappers winning rap competitions.Doc Kimyin can produce music for all ages. She writes Christian Rap and also she writes Gospel inspirational worship songs. Doc Kimyin has a heart of a worshiper. She writes music from her testimonies and her experiances of how God has brought her through. Through her music you can experiance the relationship she has with God that brings healing to the soul. That is why she is called "DOC". Music has always been a big part of her life. It began in her family's earlier generations.
