Dom Trofski is a DJ/Producer from Southport. Dom has been DJ’n for around 10 years and has been making his own stuff for over 4 years. After playing venues in Ibiza, Magaluf and all over the mainland UK, Dom has moved onto. Dom Trofski has played along side some of the worlds top DJ’s, including K90, Jon O’Bir and Fergie (Radio1). Dom’s life is dedicated to Music and he has been a part of the House scene for as long as he can remember. He has recently been venturing Chill out music a long side his House and has benefited the blend of two genres. Dom is currently furthering his production at the Manchester Music Base, and gets to spend his days in the studio with some great tutors and friends. After making beats the last 4 years, Dom feels that he needed to put a shine on his music and also get involved with other musicians and artists, as he loves meeting new people, especially when they are more passionate about music than him. Putting all the parts of the puzzle together is hard but working with the people he is right now, they produce a barrage of filthy, choppy, mean, nasty, dance floor munching beats and to be honest, Dom wouldn’t have it any other way. Dom Trofski’s musical taste is very much influenced by the DJ’s and Artists that he was exposed to from an early age and right up to modern day. He has tried to keep an open mind and take things from others genres and incorporate them into his music. Learning Piano is taking his productions to a new level and we all believe the best is still to come. As a producer Dom’s main aim is to work with other artist that share his love and enthusiasm for music, people who pride themselves on pushing genres to new levels. The summer of 2009 is gearing up to be a large one for Dom Trofski as he lands a HUGE residency at the brand new Coyotes, Ibiza. He aims to try and collaborate with true house heads and hopefully come away with a season for of experience and tips top parties. Watch this space.
