Hip Hop Artist Eddie K was born at the Air Force Base in Camp Lejune, North Carolina. Most of his life as a child he grew up in Lakewood, New Jersey and New Castle, Delaware . He traveled many times between New Jersey to Delaware . At the young age of nine his first musical influence was by his older brothers Pain and Rugged which has a group named S.L.A.V.E which means Soldiers Living Against Various Enemies. Eddie K formed a group called “Young Squad” which consisted of five members Eddie K, Fly C, Swearv, Dutch, and Lucky Luch. They remained a group for five years until threee decided to leave the group and become Da Victz. Eddie K moved to Dover De in 2006 where was on the Campus Community High School drum line. He competed against other schools then became a two time winner and he was awarded a seven foot trophy. During high school he decided to a break from music and focused on playing basketball. In his senior year he dropped out of school due to personal hardships along with becoming a father. Eddie K started working to support his new family then went back to school and did receive his GED. After then he moved to Florida in 2009 to become a solo artist and full time father. With the music still a big part of his life he went back to writing new songs like “Story of My Life”, as well as several others. Eddie K has performed at several Open Mics, Artist Showcases, and he just featured on The Take Ova Tour with The Official 2 Man Army performing at several clubs across the Tampa Bay Area. Eddie K recently is working with acting along with his music. He is playing the character named “Craig” which is cocky football player that has a full scholarship to the University of Miami in a movie called “The Cost of Love”. Eddie K went to Atlanta, GA met Young Dro at the Lenox Mall and took pictures with him along with The Official 2 Man Army. During their visit to Atlanta they had a meeting with the newest member of the Wu-Tang Klan G Tee Shotta reggae artist. Eddie K is planning on a new video release of his new single. He is definitely some one to be reckoned with.
