Eff Jee

Eff Jee, born John Prince, was born and raised in the Atlanta Metro Area. Even as an 80's baby, Eff Jee's muscal roots begin in 60's and 70's r&b. This muscal foundation was put in place by his parents, who were avid listeners of old school r&b. Even as a hip-hop artist, those tunes of love and love lost, are very evident in Eff Jee's music. Eff Jee has also been heavily influenced by many hip-hop artists, most notably, Outkast, Goodie Mobb, Nas, Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, UGK, 8 Ball & MJG, Notorious B.I.G., Tupac, Field Mobb, and Jay Z. Eff Jee's love for music in general and more specifically his love for hip-hop, has kept him on the cutting edge of musical creation. In an industry of sameness, Eff Jee is a breath of fresh of air not bound to the restrictions normally place on artist in the hip-hop industry.
