First off, my name is NaTodd M. Lee aka Elevation aka LiL' Dash, I'ma 21 year old Lyricist outta Dallas, TX and I DO consider myself to be one of tha best at what I do. I work hard on every track I've EVER written because I feel like in order to get the right reaction from tha crowd, you gotta put time and effort into ya work. Ya dig!? But let's get into how I started this whole occupation....At the age of 14, I started to pursue rap, but I wasn't TOO serious about it. I started off battle rappin' on Chamillionaire.com (ThaKid_21) from there I went onto Illesty.com, RapXML.com, and a few other sites. I never really took rap serious until I heard Eminem "Only Fair to Warn freestyle", when I heard how Complex the flow on that freestyle was, I decided that this is what I wanted to do. After the whole "battle rap" phase, I decided that it was time to start workin' on something outside of computer rap, so I hooked up wit my brother (Up-Coming Artist RunWay) and my boi (Mark Myles) and we recorded a few freestyles (nothin' serious, but we thought they were back then. LoL). That lasted for about 2 months and then I decided that I wasn't with the whole "group" thing, so I decided to just do my own thing. For a while, I just wrote alot of verses and never really recorded anything because I didn't really know the whole studio business. So I had about 30-45 verses written down in notebooks, napkins, etc. that I could just use whenever. Around 2006, I hooked up wit my boi NoID and we formed a group, Concieled Alttitude. We've had our share of beefs, but that's my nigga and partner in rhyme and I got his back no matter what. We are currently finishing up our first mixtape "Tales from tha Truest pt. 1" (Yes...There will be a sequel). Here it is 2008 and I'm in the midst of workin' on my second Mixtape (Where Do iSign??) and halfway through, it looks like a deal is not impossible...I'll let y'all judge that tho. My aim is to be the first LYRICIST to come out of Dallas, TX. Shout out to Lil Wil, Baby C, Tum Tum, Big Tuck...shit...ALL the artist coming out of Dallas, we bout to make sure that the rap game stays where it belongs...in tha South!
