Elktronik Sciety was formed in 2003, and was started as a musical project of the lead member, Massaker. Elktronik Sciety is musically written, composed, and conceptualized by Massaker.
In 2003, the band recorded their first CD, entitled ‘Archetypal Influence.’ The band went on to play shows in France and Switzerland, along with several music festivals.
Due to an ongoing conflict between band members, musically as well as artistically, Massaker decided to break up the band, in 2005.
After living in the United States, Massaker returned to France. In 2006, he reformed the band, and decided to change his role from lead guitar player, to vocals.
Hrod joined Elktronik Sciety and became Massaker's right-hand man. A few months later, War and DPR arrived in the band, making the line-up complete. Due to an accident, War was replaced by Cyr in 2008.
Elktronik Sciety has recently recorded ‘Industrial Cadaverous Demos’, a 12 track demo, featuring songs like ‘Chainsaw’ and ‘Third Degree Burn.' Evolving their music and visual to create a horrific atmosphere, Elktronik Sciety has been created anew. Upon the release of their demo CD, the band received positive reviews and feeback worldwide. Since the demo release, Elktronik Sciety has been played on the radio in Sweden, Germany, France, and The United States.
The current line-up consists of Massaker-vocals, Hrod-guitar, DPR-bass, and Cyr-drums.
