Eternus Litis is a band started in July of 2005 in the Stevens Point area by founding fathers Steven Long, Michael Long, and Nate Werra. Since July '05 we had spent all our time writing and perfecting our distinct Heavy Metal sound. Eternus Litis is a band started in July of 2005 in the Stevens Point area by founding fathers Steven Long, Michael Long, and Nate Werra. Since July '05 we had spent all our time writing and perfecting our distinct Heavy Metal sound. In late 2005 we picked up bassist Chud Puckins and in early 2006 singer Nick Gear, this is also about the time we finally decided on a name for our band which means "eternal battle." About a year and a half after our formation we decided that the world was ready to hear our new sound and began playing out with very high success. We play shows with local legends including Rictus Grin and have opened for gore-grind legends Dead Infection and hardcore band Psychostick in our short time playing publicly. From our first show with only a handful of people in attendance we have never played without inciting a mosh pit. Eternus Litis has a bright future and a growing fan base including people coming from all over the state just to see us. Our success can be attributed to our very unique sound and our very high energy live performances.
