Since December 8, 2007 the trio Fake Estate has been writing almost all of their material... Since December 8, 2007 the trio Fake Estate has been writing almost all of their material... On the last day of summer in 2007 guitarist Calloway and bassist Ben became another couple of kids that thought they were cool to start a band, over 5 months the two managed to get together a song Calloway had written called "Dance With You". In the cold, harsh month of December they recruited drummer and songwriter Neil to the band and they began to pull together countless original songs. Now with the powerful vocals of Calloway and the expressive vocals of Neil, they have managed to emulate most classic rock from the '70s to the alt/rock '90s. With their first public performance at their middle school talent show they began to pick up steam. Since then they have graduated to local venues such as the old gravity lounge and various other festivals and music venues including regular shows at the Mudhouse in Crozet.
