Fame Cohen is a Songwriter/Artist/DJ from NYC.She technically goes under two names the artist side just FAME COHEN and the DJ side Deejay Fame Cohen(spun @ Trump World, Details Magazine party and more!). She initially caught the ears of listeners when she received some spins on famed radio station Hot 97 WQHT in NY for her collaboration with famous Reggae star Sizzla on the record "Don't Let Go". She initially caught the ears of listeners when she received some spins on famed radio station Hot 97 WQHT in NY for her collaboration with famous Reggae star Sizzla on the record "Don't Let Go". Shortly after the release of "Don't Let Go" she collaborated with Bounty Killer, JadaKiss and Focus (from Aftermath) on a record "Drinks Up".While FAME COHEN was developing as an artist she continued to work with names like DJ Smasherelly(toured with Estelle) on a record "Ugly Bitches", she also formed a writing team called "The Righterz" who worked with such producers and songwriters as Rocwilder, Roy Hamilton and Dark Child's Atlantic City camp to name a few. FAME COHEN (the artist) had been doing multiple showcases in the NYC area including some very popular ones @ Santos Party House, Karma Lounge and Pyramid Lounge, the longest running open mic in town, to name a few. FAME COHEN has also been seen with her sibling Ian Bernardo who has some claim to fame with an appearance on American Idol .Her name started to quickly catch on in the underground hip hop community, and dance community as well as the overall music industry, which lead to Fame Cohen doing a Tastemakers event in NYC held by Mickele Macon to which industry veterans DJ Addition & DJ Creativity to see her and sign her to DJ Creativity's independent label 32 Track Productions based in Los Angeles. FAME COHEN has taken on a new viral look and is set to release her first single on the label entitled "Girl on Girl (Girls Night Out)" was released at mixshows everywhere Labor Day Weekend 2010, but 2011 brings major light and more success to the single "SNAP IT" VIDEO PREMIERES 3.3.11!!
