Fly Away Hero is a pop/rock band based out of Dallas, TX.
The band was originally created by the nationwide franchise "School of Rock" in Dallas, TX. as the brain child of owners Dean Tarpley and Terry Longhway.
The primary goal was to start an artist developement program using the most advanced students in the metroplex and forming a teen "super band."
From there, in Oct. of 2009, Fly Away Hero was born and The School of Rock continues to launch the best young bands coming out of the DFW ...

Fly Away Hero puts on an incredible high energy show with a sound that is all their own. FAH has been seen at The House of Blues, Six Flags, The Palladium, The Door in Dallas, and many other prestigeous venues across North Tx.
Members of the band have also worked with Justin Beiber, Disney, The State Fair of Texas... and have been featured in many news publications, TV interviews, The Kidd Kraddick morning show, and even film.
Just recently, career musician Marty Morris has signed on to direct the music and help take FAH to the next level. Marty is widely regarded as one of the best in the business by industry peers and a great addition to the Fly away Hero team.
