Connecticut based Fools Faith was signed to Escape Music under the moniker of "Aftermath" in the winter of 2002, their debut release "Natural Destruction" in 2003 was met with critical acclaim unmatched in their genre. In the Spring of 2005 “Aftermath” not only saw the departure of lead guitarist Bill Dinapoli but also an untimely split with their label. Undeterred by their losses, the band pushed forward more determined than ever to find comparable replacements. As luck would have it, session guitar player and friend John Gallicano made his services available for however long necessary and in the Fall of 2005 was asked to become a permanent member of the band and it was then that “Fools Faith” began a journey that has delivered them to where they are today. In 2007 Fools Faith joined forces with and signed to Connecticut upstarts SickDay Records & Entertainment and while still sticking to their roots released their debut album titled “Undone”. As one reviewer noted… "In taking a louder, stronger & tougher sounding metal approach to their songwriting than noted on Natural Destruction this CD is a tight collection of songs that will appeal to listeners of all genres of music". With strong melodies, pounding rhythms and vocal harmonies unmatched in today's musical climate setting them apart from their contemporaries Fools Faith has taken things a step further. The bands determination and focus was rewarded in April of 2009 when Fools Faith was crowned digital music provider AirPlay Direct’s “All Things Digital Hard Rock / Heavy Metal” contest winners for 2009. Now with worldwide recognition and countless plays on numerous internet, terrestrial & satellite radio stations across the globe the band is now booking shows at a feverish pace to meet the demand that has befallen them. Due to the countless media and performance inquires the band had received they realized that a little help might be needed to handle all the day to day business and in the Spring of 2009 signed on with Connecticut based JD Little Management who now handles all things Fools Faith. While the foreseeable future continues to get brighter the band refuses to rest on its laurels or take for granted the opportunities they have been given. All of which will culminate later this year when the band plans to release “Moral Compass” as the follow-up to Undone. “More than anything else we love playing live and what has sustained us throughout the years have been friends and fans” exclaims Lead Guitarist John Gallicano. “It’s because of each and every one of them we are where we are today so to them we say we love you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”.
