Forever Road is made up of two great aspiring musicians and songwriters. They are Jake Gilroy and Jay Seeney. Forever Road is made up of two great aspiring musicians and songwriters. They are Jake Gilroy and Jay Seeney. They formed in early 2010 after meeting at the Camden Show, where they were both performing. Jake being of a country rock background and Jay coming from a metal/rock background. They talked of combining the two types of music and Forever Road was born. Jake and Jay are both locals to the Macarthur Region. Jake being from Camden and Jay from Appin. They started recording their first album in May 2010 and is due for completion and release in December 2010. More About FOREVER ROAD Since forming Forever Road has seen a solid booking schedule delivering classic raw acoustic rock to the delight of their fans, including Greenday, Lady Gaga, Paul Kelly, Gunners, Blink 182, Johnny Cash, CCR and many more, mixed in with thier rapidly climbing originals. Forever Road has been the centre of a lot of local media attention doing 4 live radio shows and numerous newspaper articles. There biggest break to date has been the selection to play as feature artists at the 2010 Australian Music Week Festival in Darling Harbour, Sydney in November 2010 and selection to play two shows at the 2011 Tamworth Country Music Festival on the Atrium Stage. Forever Road also has a strong tie with the Macarthur community giving a lot of their time to charity organisations, such as The Beautiful Minds Organisation who help people with mental illness and also the Ladies Melanoma Awareness Group. The boys love to give back to the community that has helped them blossom as new and emerging artists. When playing live, Forever Road love to thrill the audience with classic covers and originals, and they have been described as one of the best duo acoustic acts on the circuit. Forever Road is currently auditioning other musicians to form a touring band, to coincide with the album launch.
