In 2007 Fountain Mouth was invited by 272 Records from Hollywood, CA, USA to have their song "I Know" included on a World wide compilation album for unsigned artists called "Acoustika V9" the album was released March 2008. Fountain Mouths song "I Know" was also listed as a "NOTED SINGLE" on "Acoustika V9". The record can be purchased at "AMOEBA MUSIC" Hollywood, CA, USA, which is regarded by many as number 1 record store in the World. The record was also placed in 25 College radio stations in California. In July/August 2008 Fountain Mouth entered into a World wide battle of the bands for unsigned artists at the C M site on myspace. After 2 rounds of eliminations by the 6 USA Judges, Fountain mouth was the only band left in the Top 10 from outside of the USA. The contest then transitioned to the people's votes, where Fountain Mouth was voted 2nd by the public and received 3rd Equal in the overall contest. September 30, 2008, Fountain Mouths song "ALONE" was also included on a World wide Rock compilation album called "Riot on sunset V13" by 272 Records, Hollywood, California. Fountain Mouths song "ALONE" is also listed as a "NOTED SINGLE" This record is now available at "AMOEBA MUSIC" & Amazon.com. "Riot on sunset V13" has also been placed in Rock, Tattoo & other stores on Sunset, Melrose & Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, USA. This record has also been placed in 50 College radio stations in New York, California, Las Vegas, Philadelphia and other parts of USA. Since October 2008 songs by Fountain Mouth have also been receiving radio airplay on INTRO RADIO which is a World wide radio network with more than 3 million listeners, reaching over 195 countries around the World.
