FRANKIE KELLY Born in DC where he still lives,he has always had a love for music and has worked with some well known Artist such as Herbie Hancock,Melba Moore even Richard Pryor. In 1985 he recorded a very highly populor "Ain't that the truth" it was realeased in the UK and made the top 75.
