Together with the first music studies I soon started to write songs, both texts and music.
At the end of the '70s I started my first experiences as a guitarist in pop rock bands with Lou Reed's, Dire Straits', Rolling Stones' and Queen's songs and the firsts trials of personal compositions.
After this experience, at the beginning of the '80s, a period of personal elaboration started, with the search for my own compositional dimension. I was in a sense also forced into this kind of situation by the lack of enough time to dedicate to being part of a group, because of my university studies.
In the second half of the '80 the wish and possibility to play in a band started again.
This made the band Slep come to be created: a fusion of pop, rock and Italian music.It was an experimental band, which started from the proposal of covers, for the most part Italian ones, until it found its own ompositional dimensio, a mixing of different musical inputs brought in by the different influences of the several group members. Several concerts in pubs and summer festivals and many demo registrations. This project came to an end with the registration of the song 'Veleni' , part of the compilation 'Malambro', produced by the Town of Cologno Monzese with the artistic direction of Mino Di Martino, who used to belong to the band 'I Giganti'.
With some of the members of the band left I tried several experiences for about two years by creating, splitting and recreating bands: 'Alibi', 'Histeria' 'X'. Then again experiments of mixings, live shows (among them one at the'Rolling Stones' disco in MIlan) and some demo registrations. This experience finished in 1993.
At this moment the experience of songwriter started and in 1995 it gave way to a selfproduced CD called 'In Fede', realized with the cooperation of Niccolò Lapidari, who will take part, as a texts writer, into the LP of Ornella Vanoni called 'Argilla' a few years later.
Again some live shows, as many as a sole artist in Italy can do.
After that solitary work in my own small home recording studio testing and retesting colours, musical atmospheres and texts and cultivating my voice. This experience which ended in May 1999 gave birth to many songs.
In the first months of 2001 my second selfproduced CD 'Perla tangente' was finished.
Another autoproducer cd are: .Exe in the 2003 with a rock band, Se mi trovo così in the 2006 with mw alone and my collection demo, Abbandonati in the 2007 with a rock band again.
Actually i prepare another cd in collaboration with musician for to arrange my new songs.
