Grand Central started playing in London in June 2008, and since then have been championed by many promoters in London, and have headlined many of the most reputable venues across the capital. Releasing their debut single, "Take My Hand" in April 2009, which went on to be chosen by Microsoft/Reverbnation/MySpace to promote Windows 7 on Microsofts MySpace page. Chosen among 1000 songs around the world, "Take my hand" finished in the top 400 downloads Internationally.
Grand Central released their 2nd single, "Inside", in December 2009. This was chosen by Microsoft Windows 7 and Reverbnation for the Windows 7 Playlist 7 Campaign which was for the best emerging artists from around the world
In January 2010 Grand Central were chosen among 16 UK Artists by Ditto Music Group to be represented at MIDEM 2010 (The World’s Biggest and most important annual music industry trade event).
Grand Central were featured in Chicageo , Magazine, Inclination in March, and will be featured in Argentine magazine, Salvanos Rock in May 2010. They are also featured on upcoming radio shows in Argentina, Colombia and soon in Japan.
