Greyhound Lane is the latest project from Producer Adam Fitzgerald. Locked up in a Melbourne bedroom not much bigger than toorak walk in Wardrobe under the moniker Greyhound Lane Adam began producing the tracks he had been wanting to make for years. Just as likely to encompass an acoustic guitar as it is to house heavy dance bass lines Greyhound Lane Threatans to take pop back to the musicians and music lovers. In the same vein as The Postal Service and Hot Chip these tracks are well thought out 3.5 minute gems that induce both nostalgia and dance floor movement. His first set of Demos attracted the attention of industry greats Modular Touring and Select Music. They also Landed him in the MTV Kickstart finals and short listed to be used on MTV's environmental ad campaign. He has supported Grafton Primary, Hugary Kids of Hungary, Hoshi in the Clouds and Fox on fire to name a few. He aslo recieved more than favourable reviews in inpress magazine and most of his demos are on high rotation on FBI radio. Perhaps however his strongest point is his ability to twist and tweak his live sets to cater for his audience. Highs become higher as the audience is taken on a journey. Using clever sampling and live remixing be it in band format or performing solo straight from a DJ booth Greyhound Lane will hold your attention get you moving and inevitably leave you with something to think about right through the hang over.
