Hey Hurricane is a group of close friends, it’s raw talent, it’s a brother and sister combo, it’s a female rhythm section, it’s sharp and insightful lyrics and it’s all packaged into four teenagers who are passionate about creating and performing their original music. They are based in Perth, WA, have been playing together for just over a year and have already supported at an EP launch, played at a well-known street fair, and have recently been victorious in the City of Cockburn’s Battle of the Bands. They have a following of loyal and fervent supporters who love HH’s fast-paced dance songs with energetic drum beats, as well as their more mellow tunes.
They will be heading into the studio early next year as part of their prize for Battle of the Bands, and also recording a song or two with Jeff Martin (of The Tea Party) producing them in his YoYo studios.
