Whats up world? The names Jason Dickens Aka. Hitman.I was born Aug. 11 1989 in Charleston W.V. Music is Life. I love Music. Whats up world? The names Jason Dickens Aka. Hitman.I was born Aug. 11 1989 in Charleston W.V. Music is Life. I love Music. I started drumming at a really young age and have been addicted to music since. I was raised by my mother and step father. My Father walked out on us when I was around 2 or 3. My older brother Brandon, Aka. Big-B was the one who got me hooked to Hip-Hop. At age 10 is when I really started getting in to Hip-Hop. Listening to artist such as; Tupac,Biggie,Eminem,Coo Coo Cal,Wu-Tang,The Fugees,Mobb Deep,and many more. I wanted to be like them, so at age 11 me and my brother started free styling. I'll admit I wasn't very good at it but it was fun. We had a tape-deck and some beats and we would record for hours. At age 19 I moved to Augusta M.E. With my wife and 2 kids. Once in Maine I had to basically start over fresh, make new friends, and find new things to do. Where I worked at the time I had over heard people talking about music, and how they where rappers. I had to but my nose in and tell them that I too was a rapper.Long story short me and one of the guys started doing music, some stuff happened and we quit doing music together. Few months on down the road I started working with J-Swails. I know what your wondering, How did you all meet? Well, while I was working with the other guy Swails delivered pizza to the studio and heard that I was mixing a song. He later came back to the studio and hung out with us. We have been working together since Oct. 2009. We have a very unique sound, nothing like you've heard before.I don't think that I sound like anyone else out there right now, nor does Swails. I make all of our beats and we both Mix and Master. I own and operate Hitman Productions, and Swials owns and operates VOTH Ent. Together we are Rok Solid Records. We have about 15 to 20 artists that we work with and all of them are very talented individuals.
