Both husband and wife draw a passion for music from their childhood, and are influenced by such acts as: Ginny Owens, Eli, Jennifer Knapp, Jars of Clay, Michael W. Smith, Kristy Starling, Aaron Shust, and more. Andy, who now plays guitar for In Him could often be found playing the piano as a child, while Miranda has always had a passion for singing and playing keys, which she integrates with the God-given ability to lead others to the throneroom of God through worship.
In Him's ministry goes beyond the music. Whether on stage leading worship, or off the stage interacting via their newsletter, podcast, and other avenues of communication, In Him longs to interact with their audience. Miranda says, "How can we speak of a real God who longs to be transparent with us, without exemplifying that transparency?"
