Nova started writing and rapping back in middle school and continued to do until he discovered his love for composing and producing. He started making beats when he was about 15 years old. Currently NOVA is Chicago native artist that has recently come into the spotlight as an emerging artist, whose talents bring a breathe of fresh air into the current musical atmosphere. Blessed with the talent of both writing and producing, he has created a buzz and a name for himself, in what seems like overnight. With his first full length project “INNOVATION” which dropped June 2010 he has managed to not only create music that fits criteria of almost every musical genre, but execute them so precisely that what started off as a mixtape by many standards can be considered a full length album. The eclectic arrangement of music he has created has allowed him to move freely among demographic lines, and capture a broader audience of people.
