JackieJACKIE  is a new and upcoming Southern Soul & R&B recording artist and entertainer within an esteamed stage presence in Jackson Mississippi. Her performances are sexy, pleasurable, and animated. She connects with her audience in a seductive, yet vivacious style that leaves her fans craving for more. JackieJACKIE was born in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois and was raised in the deep south of Jackson, Mississippi (hense her name twice).  JackieJACKIE' is a musician in every sense of the word as she plays the keyboard and electric guitar. She is also a triple threat in this industry making her Mark as a singer, songwriter, as well as, creating her own beats.  At the age of 14 she started doing house music for The World Famous DJ Dagwood. Without any management, shes opened for Usher & Ll Cool J, Busta Rhymes and Erykah Badu off sheer persistence.  Her first album: Versetyle was released in late 2007 and 2008 she performed her own songs at: The Rock The Vote Campaign, Oak Cliff, TX, The Harambee Festival 2008-2009 Oak, Cliff, TX, O’Bar, Dallas, TX K104 Radio, Dallas, TX KNON, Dallas, TX Sold CD’s in Poor Man’s Music Store, Dallas, TX CD World,. Dallas, TX Bill’s Records, Dallas, TX and Good Records, Dallas, TX In late fall of 2008, Jackie-Jackie finished her second album entitled THE ZODIAC ALBUM with all instrumentals based on her spiritual quest for peace and meditation which recieved major radio play on KNON, Dallas, TX . In 2009, Jackie-Jackie went on to perfom at the Irie Connection, Dallas, TX, African Dance Festival, Marcus Garvey Festival, The 2009 Malcolm X Festival and an oncore performance at the 2009 Harambee Festival. Retuning back to Mississippi, JackieJACKIE has grown exponentially in Southern Soul/R&B since her stepping stone years and has released: "Crazy" wihich features Rap artist "Big Boogie" as well as sharing the "Boosie Bash" stage with famous Southern Soul Artist Dave Mack. She's opened for Sunshine Anderson in New Orleans and will be opening for Carl Thomas this December 25th. Her newest song: "Go Hard" which is turning out to be an Anthem for many fans.
