Bio: Since I was a little boy there was something in my heart that made me want to move. There’s something's that could be learned or taught, but for me performing came naturally. My grandmother said “I started dancing in my crib”. Well, I say… my love for dance started in the womb. At the age of 5, I started performing in my grandmother’s living room. I remember when she would invite friends over for drinks and I would be their live entertainment, imitating Michael Jackson and Prince; whom influenced me the most. I loved to dance and sing, but most of all “I loved to perform”. “If you find something to live for you best find something to die for….” Years later, my passion for performing started to diminish. I stopped dancing and singing; thinking it wasn’t the right image for me. Growing up in Annapolis, MD most boys were into the normal things that boys do. But I was different; I was a performer with many talents. I could sing, rap, dance and write poetry. My passion for performing re-emerged, and became stronger after committing my life to Christ. Soon after, I started to showcase my talent by performing in local talent shows. In 2008, I auditioned for Baltimore Idol, making it to the finals. Whenever I would hear about auditions for local talent, I would attend. I also auditioned for Lil’Mo and Ciara during a casting for background singers and dancers. For the past year I’ve been focusing on improving my vocal abilities. I’ve worked with several vocal teachers specializing in soul, R&B and pop; which are my genres of choice. My singing abilities include tenor and falsetto. My idols include James Brown, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Jimmy Hendricks and Prince “The Artist”. Currently I’m in the studio crafting my first R&B/Rap Demo. My future goal is to be discovered so I can live my lifelong dream of becoming a well know Artist.
